Brief Description: I have a strict no mining rule in the town, and my co-mayor has brought it to my attention that someone had dug a tunnel near my underground pumpkin farm and found a spawner, which is no longer there. The tunnel also runs underneath my private pumpkin farm. Every resident of my town is shown the rules before they make a payment, and are all asked if they understand. I usually specify the mining rule, as well as the griefing rule in chat as well. The only people in my town who have permission to dig are Max_Hutchinson, and Jacob_Stimmel.
