Brief Description:
A bunch of crops from farms were destroyed and not replanted inside residents of my town's houses.

Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area:
theNUKEgamer was not allowed to enter anyone's house but his own as he only owned one plot and I told him that when I gave him the plot in the first place, he decided that he would ignore my town rules and broke into Deadhau5's house among others in order to take crops from their farms and he didn't replant.
