Is the Grief located in the Wild? If so, is there a pending Mayor application for this defined region?
No, the grief is in a protected town.

    Co-ordinates of Grief:
    X: 6822
    Y: 66
    Z: -14.154

    Brief Description:
Destroyed walls and glass. MadMonster investigated this for me, and found that the user who griefed this area was Cordyboys. There is more grief in the town, so a rollback would be the best move.

Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area

I own the building that was griefed, and the majority of the town's houses. All town members can edit the town.

Screenshots to assist Staff identify the grief:

    Rollback:
Please rollback all grief by this particular user.

    Cobble: 9
    PAndisite: 15
    Clay: 2
    Stone Brick: 12
    Quartz: 23
    Glowstone: 11
    Log: 5
    Fence: 37
    Iron Fence: 4
    Snow Block: 2
    Stone: 47
    Stairs: 5

    Created

    Cobble: 17

Not eligible for rollback - grief is not high enough in value
