BouncingBalls is the one who destroyed the cocoa, but he also replanted. @29dude do you want action taken still?

Since @BouncingBalls has replanted I'll give them a light warning that, in case they have to go from there computer for some reason, /mailing a town owner would be ideal instead of just leaving it like that.
