Grief of an apartment buildings rooms and decoration.

Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area:
The greifed areas belonged to Leeuwtjeh and CharlotteDublin. Other areas (hallways, decor) are not allowed to be touched by anyone. This includes floors/ceilings as well.

If possible but I doubt it meets the requirements. :(
