Is the Grief located in the Wild? If so, is there a pending Mayor application for this defined region? The grief is in the wild, it is on the border of my town, and a sign is placed as well:

The wool was used to make more swastikas, which @ImaginexMakers can prove, she destroyed them for me and banned user KTisHere for inappropriate builds.

Brief Description:
I am afraid the user will grief more of my town as time passes, but as she is banned now, I feel it is safe to post this request. Although the are grieved is not claimed yet, I feel this is a personal attack on me and my town, which I need to be able to evict KTisHere for. Without this request, I cannot do so. The user placed swastikas around my town, grief my road, and more. This should be just as punishable as any other grief.

Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area
Anyone, although user KTisHere has perms in my other towns I cannot evict her from until 3 days are up :(
