Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area:
No one is allowed to change the walls, ceilings, or floors in the apartment buildings. The renter of the apartments may change the interior of their apartment. Renters are specified by signs above the doors.
Town members homes/plots are only allowed to be edited by the plot owner specified above. No one is too take any blocks outside of their own plot.
Rollback:
I would greatly appreciate a rollback of the grief in my town. I know it may not have a significant dollar value missing but my builders have put a ton of time and effort into their homes.
