Brief Description:
HHHop1234 didn't replant the spruce trees that he harvested, as well as removed the dirt beneath 1 tree. I have warned him multiple times already about replanting my cocoa been farm after use as well. It is clearly stated in the Cobaltium rules that you must replant every crop that you harvest.
Edit: Also found that he has broken into my penthouse suite.

It's the Cobaltium farms, those who have perms to the town are able to edit blocks. The penthouse is my personal home though.
