Brief Description: Both bells destroyed - This is the locations of the grief I have come across up until now. Upset because I gave this user a free plot only yesterday

Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area: Various locations owned by members who's names can be found on signs at the plots. The area of the most grief is the town hall. While most of the grief is easily fixed I cannot replace the pets this user has killed.
