Brief Description:
I logged on believing the owner had decided to change things, as I walked round I realised this was not the case.
F3 caused substantial damage to the leaves, which were acting as plot markers in the town - Breaking many of these.
Although the cocoa bean farm is public, he did not replant them as specified, and then went on to take some of the jungle logs from the farm.
In addition to this, he caused substantial damage to resident's homes and apartments.
Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area
FARM: Public are allowed to harvest ONLY the cocoa beans, with the condition that they are replanted.
Talok131's house: Talok alone has building rights over his premise.
Apartments: Although these are sold to residents, residents are not permitted to alter the interior or exterior of the building or apartment in any way.
F3'S Pre-built: F3 did grief his pre-built house. This house was pre-built and sold to him with the same condition's as the apartment, no changes to the interior or exterior of the premise without consent from either the mayor or co-mayor.
The fishing table was for public use for fishing only. No one had and building rights over it.
