I filled in the glass panes and the wood planks without thinking about the report, sorry. I left everything else alone. THe coordinates are in the basement under the hole in which they used to enter it.

Brief Description:
Glass panes were removed to enter the house. Birch wood planks and grass/dirt blocks were removed to enter the basement. All the glowstone in the basement was removed.
