Brief Description: One of my town members is busting out windows and entering homes. I would like to know who it is so I can remove them from the town.

Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area Tiffieleigh, Novelgirl, Its_Memo, the person doing the griefing has broken into pretty much everyone's homes.
