    Glass was broken and coal was stolen from the furnaces (the coal is an fyi, as i know that unlocked chests and furnaces cant have anything done about them)

    I regret to inform you that these blocks were indeed broken at least one week ago.

    Due to the blocks being broken more than 7 days ago, I am unable to investigate this matter, as there is no longer any records on the involved blocks.

    Again I do apologize you had to endure this, and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Please keep an eye out for any further damage should the perpetrator return.
