Grief is located in the town of Mineburg, not in the wild

Co-ordinates of Grief:
-10640 74 5795 (Entire Nether wart level has grief on it, not just this exact coordinate)

Brief Description:
Nether wart was not replanted and some soul sand was broken. I missed this in the earlier grief report I filed a few days ago.

Using my investigator, I found one of the griefers was already banned for a previous grief of this town:

All town members are allowed to harvest from the farm, however they are required to replant and are not permitted to break the soul sand or other blocks.
