Brief Description:
Two glass panes, two quartz were stolen from the casino wall and used in her house.

NSPGamer. The area is a Casino. Only NSPGamer is allowed to edit blocks there.

makaybri saying that grief is allowed on the server.
makaybri admitting that she stole blocks from the casino (you can even see the 2 blocks in her house!)
Ladyvampress, the investigator, says that makaybri broke the blocks.
makaybri won't unlock her stuff until she gets a refund, and if we promise not to ban her.
