Brief Description: Someone broke all the crops on our town's public farm and didn't replant. Every town member is allowed to use the farm aslong as it is replanted. In this case it wasn't. According to @freddyagogo it was @FredyFazbear who emptied the whole town farm and didn't replant.

Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area? I own the griefed area as it is public land, but every town member is allowed to use the farm aslong as they replant. Not replanting leads to a grief report.
