Brief Description: Someone destroyed a 4x3 part of our town's path and built a pillar to get back up.
Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area? I own the area as it is a part of the town and isn't on any resident's plot. I am the only one who is allowed to edit blocks there.
