It also appears #7-10 were caused by the same player as https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/grief-report-copperleaf.156048/
Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area:
In the farm players are allowed to farm, so long as they replant, these are in the town rules
People are allowed to build in own plot
The other areas only I am allowed to place/remove blocks
