Is the Grief located in the Wild? If so, is there a pending Mayor application for this defined region?
No it happened in our protected town.

Co-ordinates of Grief:

Brief Description:
If you tp to those coordinates and face south, there was a lane at both of the coordinates. The lanes were Jlogs. The jlogs are gone along with all the cocoa that was planted. I believe that @BigLube is the culprit. Less than an hour after posting and send mail about an eviction notice of the user, this grief happened.

Which users own the griefed area, or are allowed to edit blocks in the area
Everyone is able to use the farm, but no one has permission to:
1.Take blocks off the farm.
2.Not replant after using the farm.

The picture hows the left and right side of the farm contains very bunched up rows. The middle is missing 2 row of jogs. In the picture, you can see where the dirt hasnt even turned into grass yet. Considering that this town is moderately active, ths grief had to have happened close to the time of the screenshot.
