    He griefed a few places in my town, though he was extremely apologetic about it. I would let him stay, but be a little weary if anything happens.

    I would suggest not renting your farm out to him/her. He/she farmed my 60x30 level of wheat and then proceeded to sell all of the seeds and not replant anything, after repeatedly telling him when he started to make sure he replanted the wheat.
