    My town, the wonderful town of Grandway, is coming soon to ECC. The town will be divided into 6 sections as followed.

    Type:

    1. Farmland
    2. residential
    3. Marketplace
    4. Highrize.
    5. Rich
    6. Mayor/Co Mayor

    Cost will increase based on land district. The above land goes from cheapest to most expensive. (Farmland is not for sale part of the planed town will be Public Farm for LandOwners.

    Now taking reservations for the Rich section of the town. Reservation and plot cost $5k (Only 4 plots left!) These are 20 by 20
    Also taking reservations for the skyscraper plots. Note: must build a skyscraper on these $5k - $7500 (only 4 left
    Taking reservations for 15 by 15 plots 20 by 20 for $2500
    Taking store reservations: mail me in game

    To make this wonderful town I would like donations:
    Please donate to signs on my store in the town of Sanctuary. Portal on 19th floor red section. Or give the money directly to me. Donators will receive the following benefits....


    $1-1000: A thank you
    $1001-$5000: A thank you, 25% off any future town purchase(land)
    $5001-10000: A thank you, 50% off any future town plot purchase.
    10001 - 25000: A thank you, 75% off any future town plot purchase.
    $25001+ - 100% off any future plot purchase including plots in the Rich District plot) and 100 stocks to the RB2 store. And a thank you. (Limit 1)

    I would love to take the position of co-mayor. I meet all requirements needed and I think that I'd be a great asset to this town. I am on about 40+ Hours a week also. I have a great dedication to this server and it's players. I am a very trustworthy player. Although I am not Very well known, I think that this is a great opportunity to change that. Also, this seems like a great idea for a town. I'd be happy to help!

    Why Should I Pick You: I believe that I would be the right person for co-mayor because of my dedication towards all players of ECC. I have matured as a player and I am very trust worthy and looking to help others. As I have stated before, I am not a well known player here on ECC. With that being Said, I'd love for this to be the opportunity for that to happen. As I do not have any other dedications to any other towns, this would be my main priority. I believe that I could bring many players into this town and watch it grow.

    Killer3609 based on your application I believe you will work very well for the job of Co-Mayor. Your application has been accepted and you will be part of the town once the land is reserved(as soon as I get the 85k needed).

    P.S There is one more available Co Mayor position.

    Can you work on and help benefit the town: Yes, big time. I am a pretty social player when it comes to local affairs.
    Why should I pick you: I am an active, energetic player who wants to have fun but i know how to be mature when it is the time. I am also tied for 2nd in the store stocks and part of the committee, which this town will probably be based off of and I will know what to do with helping cuz of that (hope you understand :p). I am also a loyal player who plays fair and helps other players. For me, it will be an opportunity to grow as a player and have even more contacts with who I can rely on. I also want to build a "minecraft friendship with you (ryanblocks2) and killer3609 and I think your idea is great.​

    Just realized that my estamated finishing date is the day the world is supposed to end. Lol
