What is Grandway?​

Grandway is a town soon coming to ECC. Divided into 6 districts Grandway offers a place for the rich, the middle class, the merchants, and those ambitious individuals who wish to build to the heavens. The whole town is surrounded by 5 block thick walls, 15 blocks high and paved with glowstones infused patches that sparkles the town with light.

Grandway has 6 districts(Resedential, Commercial, Wealthy, Highrize, Farms and VIP. Information about each district can be gathered below.
Resedential District: The Resedential district is of those normal citizens who want a plot in this lovely town. There are 20 by 20 plot reservations available for $3000.

Commercial District:​

The commercial district is right at the town entrance and holds all the shop's in the town. The commercial district will also contain a public mall. Commercial plot reservations can currently be obtained through a private forum pm. Mall slot reservations are $1500.

Wealthy District:​

The wealty citizens of ECC an purchase a plot in the wealthy district of Grandway. With a simplistic 4 plots this area is exclusive for the beautiful holmes of the wealthy These exclusive plots can currently be reserved for $7500.

Highrize District:​

The Highrize District is a special district in Grandway. With 4 plots the goal of the goal of this district is to "reach to the sky" Highrize plot reservations can vbe aquired for $5000​

Farm District: ​

The Farm District is not so much a district as a location of the towns public ammenities. With a planned public farm and fishing table (possibly a pvp and a heal sign) all town members will have access to his area.​

VIP District:​

The VIP District is for the mayor/ co-mayors of the town. The plot comes with the job and is one of the most exclusive plots in the town.​

Town Rules and Regulations:​

1. All server rules apply, anyone found banned due to an infraction of the server rules may (depending on the infraction) have their plot confiscated with no refund. Such infractions include scamming and griefing. Neither are acceptable and warant a confiscation of property and materials.​

2. No Cobblestone or Dirt Structures, Buildings must look good. If your building doesnt look good (In my opinion) you will be warned 3 times to change it. At the third warning i will either edit or tear down your home. In the case of severe infraction you shall be removed from the town​

3. No builing outside your property without express permision​

4. No Hotels, I may allow you express permission if you have a highrize building.​

5. District Rules:​

5a- Resedential Rules: No structures over 15 blocks high​

5b - Commercial Rules: No structures over 15 blocks high or 10 blocks deep​

5c - Wealthy Rules: No structures over 15 blocks high without permission. (To get permission pm me on the forums). This is for wealthy homes only.​

5d - Highrize: Structures must be over 40 blocks high and have over 8 floors.​

5e - Farm Rules: If you grief even one block or seed you will be banned from the farm.​

5f - VIP rules: No skyscrapers​

Grandway will now also have a hotel. Rooms are for sale. Here are some pics. The big rooms are $1500 the small ones are $1000.

To buy a room simply fill in the above town plot format and put Hotel Room (L) for large or Hotel Room (S) for small for the type of plot. Currently 5 small rooms and 3 large rooms are available. More are being built every day
