Gold Pick Silk Touch Bug

    Mining iron ore with a golden pickaxe with the silk touch enchantment causes the iron ore drop to vanish.

    Upon using a normal iron pickaxe, the iron ore drop appears

    Not a bug, this is simply Minecraft functionality.
    This would be a feature request you would have to forward to Mojang. :p
    Golden Pickaxes do not work on Iron Ore in general.

    Yeah I found out the same thing Johndom. It's useless on iron and emerald ores. Same thing happened to me with emerald ores too. Disappeared as well.
