Ok this is more of a compitiion I did one a while back but the other users added then have moved on so I am looking for two more people, to help with the building of the farm and also get use out of it whenever they like.
What the farm has near and within.
The farm is located next to the private town named Colne in which I have my own private housing and such but we also have a portal here which is within around less than a hundrend blocks from the farm.
The farm currently has pumpkins inside of it with plans at around level 15 to add melons. we are on level 4 at the moment so there is someway to go yet.
We also have an AFK rail on the ground floor that when last I used it the farm was ready for a full harvest in 20 mins.
The farm is currently 200*50*3 with the 4th layer just needing dirt and water adding then it is ready for crops.
What would be asked of you.
Now this is a free offer no money is being asked for perms other than you help to build the farm as you go along, I do provide as much as I can for the farm buildings such as wood and dirt and such. you may be required to get some items and cannot rely on me for getting items to build with.
It would be good to have water donation due to the fact that water is being placed so it does help any other donations are more of your help so these things will not be held in your favor.
Also all ex griefers will not be able to apply, I have a strong hate for griefers so ex griefers have no chance, sorry.

Why do you want perms?: I need a large farm and have little money to buy perms elsewhere. Other farms are extremely expensive. I have been trying to farm for a few days now with little or no success. I will definitely help you construct it as I have a large amount of wood.
