2. Proceed forward until you reach the white line (DO NOT MOVE FLOORS!)
3. Take a right
4. Proceed forward until you find Eltos on your left
5. Exit the Eltos portal room and take a left down Mainstreet
6. Continue 100 blocks down Mainstreet
7. Enter Emerald, straight ahead.

-No Killing in trainer hall/Skills trainers
-No non-customers allowed to use facilities (You may bring one friend in the PvP arena and/or one training dummy.)
-All sales FINAL
-We reserve the right to kick you from the farm for any legitimate reason
-Fix ALL stems/glowstone/dirt you break. (Any grief you see, fix it.)
-NO LWC TROLL! YOU WILL BE KICKED WITH NO REFUND!
-Items lost in PvP will not be force returned [Exception of trainer hall and tours.]
-We hold the right to hold random perm sweeps. (Uncommon)
[In a perm sweep, you will receive 2-4 weeks to re-apply on a forum post that we create to keep your perms. (No charge for re-application) If you fail to do so, we are not at fault because there will be adequate notice if you are somewhat active in our farm.]
-ALWAYS keep a photograph of your purchase. This is especially useful if we make a mistake during a perm sweep and do not add you when you re-applied.
-Please don't AFK in our trainers! Others need to use them. (This is also dangerous!)
-Close the door behind you!
-Please let your training dummies/friends out of the facility when they are done.


Enforcement:
-1st offense: Stern Warning
-2nd offense: Kick [NO REFUND]

We reserve the right to enforce the rules how we like, but we will give one chance

I did a perm sweep a while ago. If you entered the farm during that month, you would be locked out and forced to re-apply. I can offer you lower cost perms?
