I have been playing over a year now and i used to use my sisters account before i got this one (i do NOT play it any more) :F
SMALL BECAUSE A LOT. :c Towns were once nonexistent. You used to buy Resident as a chosen protected area by a chosen size (of available and at different prices). There was only one spawn shop, and it would only open when Andrew had time to open it. Setting home inside or staying inside after it closed would have gotten you teleported out and banned. Andrewkm lost a 100x100 dome in a ~1000x1000 map, with fly. I am a female, WHO WOULD HAVE GUESSED? (People used to think I was a male, until Ventrilo came along, and I spoke, and scared people s***less.) Other than Michael and another user, I was the "first mod" (by a few minutes) (and supermod (again, excluding the first two)) in the first batch of mods. As well, I was the only mod of that batch and batches later that stayed the longest and didn't get demoted for power abuse.... I am the paddle cow. Angry paddle cow. I used to chase people in PVP (when it was new) with godmode and smack them with signs. Mooville was pure peer-pressure and the first town Andrewkm actually bought a plot in and made a real house in. Old Mooville version were teh bestest evar. (Also full of insane people.) When I was promoted to mod for the first time, I was just a Guest. I didn't get Resident until I was near supermod. I didn't get Mayor until the end of my first time on staff. (i.e. I suck at making money) President once did not require getting another town... When it did, anyone who bought President and didn't have a second town lost their rank and got a refund.
One last thing. Do not ask about starbolt, do not think about starbolt, and do not search for starbolt. You will pay if you do. Andrewkm= Andrew K. M*d*r* I bleeped out the vowels to protect andrew's privacy.
I don't feel why, but I just think you are some weird old, very old player who got banned and created another account/VPN to join the server again. :3 Also, there are extremely few people that know about Starbolt, and wouldn't tell a thing. Your a bit scary :3

There was an old portal room based on wool colors President used to be 40k total and you didn't need to apply for a town Mayor used to be 75k Tycoon was originally Emperor There used to be a money tree at spawn There used to be like 6 statues at spawn Pumpkin axes used to be worth 150k+ Portals used to be only I think 50k The aether once allowed farms Ecc's first christmas had a huge tree at spawn with chests that opened at 12:00 am (midnight) Mining world used to have pvp The donation trade was 3k/usd for almost a year Andrew's brother is michaelwm Fly originally only supported mods not an ingame command The wild was barely griefed for about 10-13 months and then it just got griefed completely Cactus used to be placeable Much, much much more.
Srsly not that hard, even I know about starbolt. Just go look at the first 10 topic's in global and complaints/appeals sections and you'll get a few that were locked by starbolt. One that said "I'm locking this now blah blah."
