LWC requests are hidden from public view while being processed and for ~24 hours after. This is to prevent people from /tpc'ing or otherwise to the freshly unlocked chests and stealing the items before the applicant gets a chance to go through them. We manually approve these threads from moderation once they've been completed, but while they're in the queue they get completely hidden from everyone except staff and the applicant. As a result of this suppressed / moderated state you won't get poked with notifications for them, and there's really nothing we can do to change that as it's a Xenforo thing.
