Reason:
I think will be a helpful tool to work with at very long posts that requires lots of colours.

Well... I didn't think it was so hard to understand. Let me try to explain myself in a better way with an example.
When I'm editing my signature or my Town Thread, I have a lot of colours to be used. When I want to use the same colour for a line that I already wrote it takes me some time to find the exactly colour I chose.
So in order not to waste time and have more useful tools on our forum, I ask for a button that makes the same as the button refered in the image.
Tell me if it's clear now :)
