    This sounds like a problem with your browser. I would recommend trying another browser. I tried it on firefox and it worked.

    I tried Firefox like what @clou44 said to change my forum avatar but nothing made a difference even after I click "okay" multiple times.

    Could be that the image is too big, or that the file size is. Try cropping or shrinking it in photo editing program and trying again. Or, uploading it to a site like imgur and using the photo URL for the forums to grab the picture.
