Yes. I do not believe I will need it though.

The owner handles applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. As well be aware you will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this?:

I'm not being impatient or unaware of the time in which applications get managed.

I was just worried that after the dialogue we had that the .png would not work. So - this was a follow up question from another thread because I thought there might be an error. I thought this because said dialogue and because no other town/nation has this. I have also never seen you deal with applications out of order, hence why I thought this may not work.

This is not evidence that I agreed to something I did not read. I am just asking a question - and further more, I have not asked for my question to be answered within any time frame outside the time I have agreed to that you operate within. Nor have the application dealt with faster that I have agreed to wait for it.

I was only asking. :( I don't see a reason as to why I do not have the right to ask a question.

Sorry for the really long reply then! I was worried that you though I was being rude and impatient when I asked about the file format again! D:

I am more than willing to wait as long as need be! I am just delighted that this sever (and you) give us so many wonderful options! I completely understand you being busy! I can see a great many applications that fly through every day ... and that's only the stuff I see. :O
