No, but this is a market shop on a mine craft server, and that is a multi million dollar company. Best to leave rhis on topic though as this is just annoying to whoever attempts to buy this shop.

I do understand what you are saying and agree that an asking price would seem to make sense. That said, since sub owns the shop, he gets to decide how he thinks it is best to sell his shop. Auctions also seem to do well and perhaps if he has no offers, he may decide to go that path.

 

Alright, let's keep the discussion relevant to offers and questions regarding sub's shop, and not about whether or not a question is valid. It's his realm to decide that; if you wish to discuss it further please take it to forum PMs.

For the record, I purchased Station 67, a second row shop in red market, behind an inactive first-row shop, for $1.5 million just a few months ago. I would suggest (and I have not discussed this with @subxplorer) that offers for a second-row shop with as many built-in customers as his has should start at least that high. There are not many of us left in the "I stock everything" category now that @Hiccabup has closed his shop, so people will continue to go to Station 70 no matter who owns it.

 

The problem with market shops is, and always has been, that the value constantly varies. While this shop is by far one the best run, high quality shops in the market, the price of the shop will still be determined by what someone is willing to pay and what sub is willing to sell for.
I highly recommend that someone that is really interested in operating a quality shop to consider the purchase of this station.

 

Congratulations on your sale! I wish that I had the funds currently to purchase a quality shop like this.
