I remember a year ago when steve sold you this town. It was an auction we both bid multiple times on in the final hours, but you narrowly won, simply because I had to be in class during the final moments. Anyway, I am considering trying to earn some ecodollars to buy this town. I remember the price you bought it at, but I suspect you will end up asking more than that based on the fact there is now a vault, and that the town is older. I could probably scrape together money to afford to original price you bought at, but I doubt I have a chance now. The most I could possibly hope to offer is 75-85k, and it would take a few days for me to get it.

I am prepared to offer more than sky. How ever my initial offer was just based on your pictures and to make a larger offer id like to veiw the town in person. When the server comes back online i can give you an accurate offer.
