Brief Description:
I have only normal fly, but I was able to fly in the mining world.

Instructions:
1. Buy only the first fly feature.
2. Go to the mining world.
3. Do /fly.
4. You should then fly.
5. After this, you should be given a "You do not have access to this command." message.

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
Twice.

Result:
Fly then not able to fly.

Expected Result:
Not fly because I don't have Fly+.
