Terms of the Contract:

• I will place the tool with the ID #KS99PJRR inside a shulker at the specified coordinates [X:-9826.5, Y 65.0, Z: 9303] located in /WARP SKY station 117 to and grant perms to said shulker @Diamond_Awesome immediately after receiving the payment.
  
• The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified.

• @Diamond_Awesome will transfer amount 250,000 ECD to @Wazupbutrcup.
  
• @Diamond_Awesome will return the tool to @Wazupbutrcup after the rental time of 11:59PM July 9th, 2024 has passed since the tool has been given to @Diamond_Awesome.
  
• If @Wazupbutrcup is offline at the time of the tool's scheduled return it will instead be placed in a shulker at above coordinates in world.
• If the tool breaks @Diamond_Awesome will be required to pay amount 7,500,000 ECD to @Wazupbutrcup by December 31st, 2024 as compensation.
