Caprican officials have confirmed that a body has been discovered in Caprica Bay, off the shores off Zodiac Island. At this time no official identification has been made, however it is believed to be the body of missing Caprican Delegate Outerlocal. In response to the discovery, Caprica’s Public Relations Officer Priyan Magnus has given the following statement: “Whilst the body is in bad condition, making the identification process difficult, at this time we do have reason to believe that it may indeed be the body of the missing Caprica Delegate.”
