One last point, if you do want fish to go back to normal, it wouldn't be $50. It'd be $5 (can't exactly remember price). What it was for a while before that rise.
I support bumping the price a bit to maybe $15, or $20 at most. But not $50 Also I don't support banning autofishing as I think this is a decision by the player itself, and I get the feeling that people who are always requesting autofishing to be banned are always doing it for their own agenda, not really thinking about other people( Not accusing you and yes I am extremely pessimistic) It's an economy server we should allow the economy to take its own course and the fishing prices go up and down at their own discretion
I don't think we should suffer because people use auto-fisher... It's not that big a deal that they use it but theres no reason we should work hard for almost nothing.
People who autofished with fish probably earned a good 20k an hour at the minimum. Those who didn't, averaged around 15k. I agree that the fish prices should raise but theirs nothing we can do about these autofishers who are sometimes even afk making it hard to earn even a little money.
Autofishing is absolutely impossible to police and as such will never be gone. Ergo, the price will not rise.
-1 Although auto-fishing is against the rules it is very hard to enforce. It ruins the economy to have people go AFK and auto fish while making a fortune.
But people did make 10k + a hour. Then they went afk for 12 hrs and when they came back they had 120k. This is not a good idea
This made me want to kill myself... mining makes around 12k an hour average and farming can make up to 18k an hour. 2k an hour...
Dropping the price to $10 isn't stopping auto-fishers its just ruining fishing for the rest of the server.
You can't catch auto-fishers so blame them for getting the price lowered. It can't be risen again or the auto-fishers will just start again. My advise find a new way of earning money, simply. To be honest farming and mining made more money than fishing when fish were $50 each.
