General Purpose of Contract:

The temporary rental of @first_player's tool_description to @second_player.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will give the tool with the ID #tool_ID to @second_player immediately after receiving the payment.
• The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @second_player will transfer amount ECD to @first_player within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
• @second_player will return the tool to @first_player immediately after the rental time of timespan has passed since the tool has been given to @second_player.
• If @first_player is offline at the time of the tool's scheduled return it will instead be placed in a chest at coordinates in world.
• If the tool breaks @second_player will be required to pay amount ECD to @first_player by date as compensation.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Investing

The way investing works here is you let me rent out one of your star tools for you. Should the tool break while someone has rented it out, I will cover that loss by replacing it for you within a month, even if the person who broke it doesn't pay for it (as will be stated in the contract). You will receive 20% of the profits (because the risk will all be on me). This is basically a risk-free investment to make a little extra money on the side. Willing to make a contract for any potential investors.

General Purpose of Contract:
To secure the investment of x star tool from @investor to @FuryFudge

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@FuryFudge will use @investor's star tool [item id] to rent out to any user @FuryFudge deems fit. @FuryFudge will give @investor 20% of all profits made by renting out their star tool. Should the star tool break while rented out @FuryFudge will provide a replacement within 31 days of the star tool breaking, no matter the circumstances.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@investor agrees to give @FuryFudge x star tool [item id] and relinquishes all rights to reclaim in any way the star tool unless they give @FuryFudge a notice that they wish to pull their investment. If the tool is not rented out, @FuryFudge has 3 days to return to the tool to @investor. If the tool is rented out, @FuryFudge has 3 days AFTER the end of the rental period to return the tool to @investor.
