I have made my return from the dead, and have to make some money, some how, so this is my first way.
Instead of making a huge post with colors and stuff i'm just going to be blunt about it; and gives prices on both Renting / Buying a member ship or ownership.

TERMS & AGREEMENTS
AS A OWNER (ME) I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP MY SELF ON THE OWNERS LIST, IF ANYTHING IS GRIEFED AND NOT REPLACED IT WILL BE IMEDIATE OWNER REMOVAL - WITH NO REFUND OF CASH, I'M STRICT ON THIS, EVEN IF IT'S A PIECE OF DIRT, REPLACE IT, OR RISK OWNERSHIP/MEMBERSHIP REMOVAL. YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE PEOPLE THAT YOU DIDN'T ADD TO THE REGION. IF I FEEL LIKE ANYTHING IS HAPINING THAT SHOULDN'T BE HAPINING HAPPENS ON THE FARM, IT'S ALSO A RISK OF OWNERSHIP/MEMBERSHIP REMOVAL. YOU'RE RESONABLE FOR WHO YOU RENT THE FARM TO, IF THEY HAPPEN TO GRIEF SOMETHING, AND NOT FIX IT, YOU'RE REPONSABLE, NOT THEM.

Benifits:
- Allowing to rent the farm to other users.
- Farm for days on end.
- A bunch of chests that you can put your items in while farming, you can also (If you don't have it) put in near broken tools and I check them daily, so I will repair them.

Also post below if you're wanting to rent the farm for what ever amount of time.
