Speaking as the one who originally wrote that page for the old Mediawiki, I'm pretty sure stone was removed a long time ago (due to an exploit, IIRC) and I never found the time to update the page.
(I believe cobblestone is also disabled. Unless that change was reverted for both blocks at a later time.) -
