    There should be an ExtCommands plus, that lets you repair enchanted tools.

    would be too overpowered imagine being able to repair super strong enchantments you would have that enhantment indefinitly thus making you able to mine endlessly.

    in the case of fortune you could have lots of diamonds.
    silk touch lots of ores (they can be sold for a lot more)
    and some other enchantments
