Hi,
I am VaughnH. I am the head of evictions in the town of Pheonix... after reading the eviction forums pages I noticed that it keeps referring to mayors. I myself am not a mayor but have been given the title of head of evictions on a town level. Can I give eviction notices and/or evict people from the town if it is okayed by the Legal owner in this case (DennisDelRey). Or do I have to be a rank of "Mayor" to evict people.

Sounds good... When can I request a LWC removal? After the 3 days eviction notice has been put on the forum?

(PS: I am now a Co-owner of the town.)
