Reason for evicting the above users: The town is being majorly renovated and many of the players have been inactive. I must ask them to remove their personal belongings until town renovations are done.

This was just meant as a formally written eviction notice. It is quite possible that neither of you have locks in the town and you might just have purchased a plot. Maybe never even built in this town either. I just wanted to make sure that everyone knew what was going on. We're doing renovations on the town and I must ask everyone to leave. I'll be keeping this list though and mailing each of you once renovations are done. Anyone who has been a prior member of Pheonix who has not been evicted due to grief may choose a plot, pre-built, or apartment room for free and rejoin the town. :) Thanks so much for your cooperation.
