This is notice that I have contacted @jjturbo23 by in-game mail and forum pm multiple times without a response, to see if he intends to renew his monthly rental of a shop in the Lancaster Mall. @jjturbo23 agreed to abide by the rules of the Mall, which include payment of rent into the rent sign by the first of each month.

If @jjturbo23 contacts me and/or pays his rent into the sign before 72 hours from this post, I will cancel this eviction. However, this marks me beginning the process of clearing the store space.

I am tagging @BigB_Man only because I know that he and @jjturbo23 are friends irl, and he may be able to let him know.
