Already exists, nether stars are worth a lot more than they /sell for at the market. You'll often find them for $550 or so, and they do fluctuate. I for one wish that the /sell price was abolished but Andrew wants it to be kept the way it is.
Nether stars are controlled by the user economy. No need to change sell hand daily as it would never be worth as much as others pay you for them anyways.
