Andrew still has to build the spawn area and take the server down. While it technically is possible to automate, it's simply not worth the time to develop such automation.

teofilovic BuilderBuilder ⛰️ Ex-Mayor ⚒️⚒️Andrew probably isn't going below 10k, but if people with features will be mad at 9k they will be mad at 15k as well. I bet andrew could give everyone $99999 and people would complain that it isn't $100000.
Anyway, I fully agree with this. If they need to stay with 15k, reset the mining world twice monthly. -
I like the idea of just having a mining reset two times a month every month. It would be an excellent way to help close the gap between brand new players and the ultra rich because the mining world resources are equally accessible for everyone. It wouldn't be bad to make farming more profitable but farming is somewhat less accessible to builders, they either have to build small ones on plots that generate little and cost to place and build or they pay a surcharge to some perm farm.
And to be honest I have a hard time mining in the mining world past the 20th or so, is just shredded. -
UnitedStates2 BuilderBuilder ⛰️ Ex-President ⚒️⚒️ Gameplay Architect Premium UpgradeThat's not how things work. Regardless of whether the price for features is 10k/USD or 20k/USD, more money will be taken out of the economy and the player donation market will be essentially killed off - It'll definitely depress the economy by dampening demand. In order to to counteract that, we should be increasing sell prices which stimulates the economy.
Prices purely determined by the player market won't change as the new demand from increasing sell hand prices will replace the lost demand from killing the donation market and taking more money out of the economy. And as far as ranks go, slightly increasing sell prices won't really have any noticeable effects on the time it takes to earn ranks, let alone to warrant a change in rank prices - Sell prices for things have been buffed and nerfed before; All without a change in prices for ranks.
You're literally just making up negative effects from increasing sell prices while proposing a "solution" that doesn't do anything about dampened demand. -
teofilovic BuilderBuilder ⛰️ Ex-Mayor ⚒️⚒️I can't really explain how much I support this. Mining world resets twice, profits are high, 15k/usd feats are acceptable.

Honestly, I think that everything needs to see an increase in price. Especially melons. (Insert other suggestion of $2 melon blocks) With this super high figure of 15k/usd, more money needs to be put in as more is being taken out.

The current EULA situation is equivalent to if a water company with a monopoly decided to make water cost $50 a litre in an economy similar to America's. Donation features, just like water, are necessary and people will buy it, but many will give up (water price increase would mean emigration, donation feature price increase will mean lower player count) and if we want to keep the economy from depressing, the amount of money able to be made increases.
