As you can see the winner rating icon on zacpro90's post has a golden line under it, while Reincarnated_'s does not. The same goes for andrew's post here:

All winner ratings look this way when browsing threads:

Refreshing the page doesn't change anything.
Only seems to work on 90% zoom on Google Chrome (I tested with firefox and edge and it was normal)
I am on Chrome version 51.0.2704.84 m (64-bit)

 

As I said at the bottom of the post, it only works on chrome at 90% zoom.
