    Brief Description: When doing /help president, it says you can only apply for up to 16 towns.
    The limit has been changed to 20.

    Instructions: You do /help president and it states that it is up to 16 towns.

    How many times did you recreate this bug?: N/A

    Result: Says up to 16 towns

    Expected Result: Should say up to 20 towns

    Evidence: /help President

    Not sure if this was the format for errors.
