Hi - Erebor is residents and above only but one of my other towns, Tauremorna has a lot of people in too. You are welcome to buy a plot there.
Yes the town is open to residents and above. If you visit, all plots are numbered so you can chose one you like and tell me which etc.
There are three vacant buildings in Erebor for sale. Each is for sale at just $1k above the plot price. The first is on a 20x30 plot. From the Erebor portal go straight ahead, keeping the wall you'll see to your right and go past the farm on the left to find the building. $4k. The other two are 20x20 plots and each has two levels of basement. To find these, from the Erebor portal turn back on yourself and go past my shop, keep going and you'll find the two last plots on your right hand side. $3k each. You can do whatever you wish with these buildings and the plot they stand on if you buy them, within the Erebor rules which are posted in the portal room and also the first post of this thread.
