-1 I've been told this isn't a "PVP" server for 3 years now. There's no point in changing anything now, especially when pvp is garbage.
Jamie says there's probably gonna be a new PvP coming so there's no point in trying to revive End PvP as it'll probably end up dying shortly (if it hasn't already). The suggestion itself I like, I just don't find it necessary.
"Disable /spawn, in replacement make it so falling under a certain Y in the void makes you auto spawn. This can be hotkeyed/bound/pt'd just as well as /spawn. And it does the same thing you are trying to stop. Making your suggestion moot. If you do plan on disabling /warp commands... I... guess... there would be a lot of jumping?... ?
if it was disabled people might just throw an ender pearl and log out or something :l people can always find ways to avoid pvp
I agree that the end doesn't have the degree of brutality that it should but most people tend to /spawn when they're a few hundred blocks away so i don't feel that it would make that much of a difference
I know what a PvP timer is, but ECC doesn't use it and this suggestion doesn't call for one. I'm a little confused on where you're coming from with that.
