    How do you enchant items to higher levels?
    All i seem to get is efficiency I or Unbreaking I
    HOw do i get efficiency III or Unbreaking II or something like that...
    PLEASE HELP!

    Put Bookshelves around your enchantment table, if you do it right, you can get up to level 50 enchants.

    do i need to put my items in the thing again or can i just try it with new items?

    Dwite12 go to the endor portal and inside the building to the left is an enchanting table all set up.

    That is how you need to put it for max... Also you need level 50 for you to get high enchants.
